Charlotte White Center, CWC, MissionThe Charlotte White Center’s (CWC’s) mission is to provide quality community health and social services for adults, children and families affected by cognitive or developmental disabilities, behavioral or mental health challenges, domestic violence, or acquired brain injuries.
